About me

I am a physicist, currently finishing my PhD thesis in biophysics at the research group: translational pain.

My research interests include physics, applied mathematics and computer science. For my PhD thesis, I investigated (antibody) binding models for the use in inverse problems with the goal to retrieve information about the binding landscape from minimal data in form of simple dose-response experiments. Besides mathematical considerations, I implemented the models computationally as ready-to-use Julia packages and investigated the applicability of the binding landscape information for biological research.
